At Kora Casa Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
• Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized items, or sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful return delivery.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
